The estate features three structures: The Main House, the Pool Cottage and the Beach Villa. The Main House is a two-story residence with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor houses two en suite guest bedrooms, a family room, a laundry room and powder room. The family room and guest bedrooms lead on to a pool-side covered porch which is fully equipped with two wine fridges and an icemaker. The second floor of the main house features a spacious, airy Great Room with sitting and dining areas, a full kitchen and an en-suite master bedroom that opens onto an expansive verandah designed to capture the ocean breeze.
Steps away from the main house is the estate’s 375-sq. ft. guest cottage which includes two full-sized beds on either side of a partition that open onto private patios, along with a bathroom and outdoor shower. The cottage is ideally situated for families looking to give kids their own space, or who wish to offer privacy to house guests.
To the east of the Pool Cottage sits the main entertaining hub of the estate – the 2-storey Beach Villa. The upper level is an extensive 800 sq. ft. open-air space with a full kitchen servicing a lounge and dining area overlooking the Pink Sand beach. The lower level features a Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, a Living Room and an office nook. The Master Bedroom and Living Room open onto a beachside covered veranda with endless view of the Atlantic.
The Bahamas is home to many famous addresses and private islands, but few places, if any, can boast of the authentic and exquisite turn-key lifestyle that comes with The Residences at The Dunmore. Residence owners have use of all the resort amenities, concierge and estate management services, they can also choose to participate in the resort’s rental program.

Lovely setting and exceptional privacy. The home on the left of the photos is the Guest cottage so you have privacy in the back yard pool area. Plenty of space to enjoy entertaining at home. The pool deck was a great staging area for workouts. -
We had a wonderful stay at the The Dunmore. It’s a beautiful home with a wonderful staff. We highly recommend inquiring about having a chef and butler. It was a great experience. Thank you.
