The guest apartment offers one bedroom, one bathroom, living room. The living room has also got prepared all connections for kitchen installation. Each room in the house has got installed individual A/C units. Hot water in all the house is heated by the energy of solar panels and it is duplicated by the operation of a gas boiler. There is an additional filter for water purification. All glazing in the house is vandal proof. Kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and there is a gas stove.
