The exceptionally beautiful property with absolute privacy is nestled in the wonderful landscape of the west coast with a fantastic 180 degree view including sea view. Due to the privileged San José, location you can reach the popular sunset beaches of the west coast in shortest time, as well as the beaches around Cala Jondal and also Ibiza Town. The access to the property is via an asphalted road, you pass a concierge house before you reach the magnificent and very well maintained finca after passing through an electric gate. The house offers a total living area of 450 m2 with a large modern fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area, followed by a wonderful living room from where you have access to the partially covered terrace. From there you can access the magnificent pool area with fantastic views of the sea and the wonderful countryside via a lawned area. The area around the pool is designed with several chill out zones, as well as a BBQ and spacious dining area. From the living room with open fireplace a small staircase leads to a cozy gallery, which can be wonderfully used as a library. Adjacent to the gallery there is another small room with a terrace with a fantastic panoramic view, which is topped by the breathtaking 180degree view of the adjacent roof terraces. From the dining area of the finca you reach another salon with adjoining master bedroom and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom with separate bathroom is also located in this area. The other three bedrooms of the property have also all their own bathroom and are accessible from the outside. The design of the finca is characterized by an extremely tasteful and very successful combination of traditional finca elements and modern high-quality materials. Regarding the facilities, it is worth mentioning that the finca has air conditioning in all five bedrooms as well as gas central heating, which allows a stay in the winter months without any problems.

The house and Anastasia were the best!
I recommend it ! -
Anastasia is a lovely host , great communication, friendly and accommodating. Villa is in a great location to get to all parts of the island with lovely views of Ibiza town. Common areas and poolside were are well thought out and spacious. -
Private, great views. Pool was lovely with nice chill out areas. Suited our gang of 9 perfectly. Villa was great but definitely in need of a paint touch up for next season!
The nearby sant Josep is a beautiful little town.
Anastasia is warm and very accommodating.
