This is a great, spacious villa for a group of friends or a family.
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a large dining table on the first floor veranda area to enjoy communal meals and drinks.
There is plenty of comfortable pool loungers and the garden gets sun late into the evening.
Communication with the host was easy and any questions or issues were dealt with quickly – we had a problem lighting the gas hob and it was fixed on the same morning.
Would recommend hiring a car if you intend to explore beyond Porto Cervo as the taxis can get quite expensive!

We really enjoyed our vacation .The house is a lovely place, so quiet and beautiful. Giorgio was very helpful in helping us in everything we needed. The location is excellent , one minute walk from the center of Porto Cervo , close to grocery and many other shops .Highly recommended !! -
Great villa, nice lay out. Beautiful gardens with lovely pool. Great views, especially for sunset. Great location, walking distance to the village/marina/shops of Porto Cervo. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary with our adult kids for the week and had a fantastic time. Perfect for a family gathering. We explored many stunningly beautiful beaches nearby and had great dinners in local area restaurants. We used the outdoor grill as well to do some home cooking while enjoying spectacular sunsets from the terrace.
Our host Giorgio was super responsive and avail for any questions or issues. We had a small problem with the pool filter upon our arrival, he dealt with it immediately and offered a small discount for the inconvenience. Super impressed with the service he gave us. I definitely would recommend this villa for anyone wanting to stay in Costa Esmeralda and use it as a base to explore the further region.
