A 553 sq.m. multifunctional building has been completed up to rough construction stage. It is foreseen for a reception, offices, conference room, restaurant, wine bar, restaurant, kitchen and private room.
There are several outbuildings and sheds necessary for the agricultural activities.
The total surface of buildings amount to 3604 sq.m. (38790 ft2).
A part from the successful tourist activity, the estate produces high quality DOCG and IGT wine, olive oil and several crops.

Villa is a seriously magical place. I spent one of the best weeks of my life here and wish I could do it again and again! Wouldn’t change anything! location is perfect (rent a car so you can experience everything) perfect house for parties and enjoying amazing dinners and all your guests can be comfy and happy. Can’t wait to come back!! -
Lovey old villa. Clean and well kept. Probably could do with some furniture updating particularly in the living room. We had a wonderful three days and Roberto was very helpful and easy to contact. -
