The three-story home is spacious, well-maintained and boasts an excellent holiday rental history. It would be an home ideal for a large family or for continued use on the holiday rental market.
Entry to the property is via a pool/barbeque terrace which features a fenced-in swimming pool and leads into the main living area. This takes the form of an expansive open-fronted gallery that extends along the full width of the house and comprises an open-plan living and dining area with fantastic views over the sea towards the majestic Pitons. In order to make the most of the unique view, the entire front of the gallery comprises a fold-away wall made up of oversized, shuttered jalousie doors that slide easily back into place should the need arise.
Towards the rear of the entry level and adjacent to the dining area, is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. A short landing and corridor separate the kitchen from a laundry room and ample storage and cupboard space.
An upper, semi-open mezzanine level overlooking the main gallery is configured as a children’s bedroom/dayroom, but would be equally suitable as a library or study area. A staircase /landing a half-level below this space, provides access to a bedroom that features two single beds, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
One level down from the gallery are two double-bedrooms with a shared bathroom and also the master suite with its king-size four-poster bed, large En suite dressing room with tub and shower, and private terrace overlooking the sea.
On the lowest level are two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and lounge. These areas open onto a balcony and deck that have stunning sea views.

Simply unbelievable!!
We felt like royalty!
The unique architecture and open air spaces feel absolutely perfect set high on the mountain opposite of the Piton. Very secluded and incredible hospitality!! You would have thought we were family with Jazz as he was so kind and helpful.
Hope to do it again next year!! -
The Villa is of course amazing. But what put this villa over the top, is Jazz and the amazing staff!! -
Absolutely breathtaking! From the view to the home itself. The staff was also so sweet and responsive. An incredible trip!
