This contemporary villa is located on the slopes of a small hill with open and stunning sea views, just a short drive from the most beautiful beach in the area.
It is 7 km away from the small, Mediterranean town of Omis and the river Cetina, which offers numerous sports activities. Omis is a city of history more than a thousand years old, currently popular among tourists from around the world. It is the center of a mini Riviera that stretches 30 km along the coast, full of beautiful sandy and pebble beaches.
Due to the construction of the terrain, the villa was built in a cascade, on three floors, connected by internal and external stairs.
On the lowest level, bordered by a glass fence, there is a 33 m2 swimming pool with a built-in massage system and an outdoor shower. Surrounded by a teak sundeck, equipped with a summer dining table, sun loungers, and parasols, the pool offers complete privacy and magnificent views of the sea and islands.
Inside this floor, there are two bedrooms with open sea and pool views and en-suite bathrooms. A few steps lead to a children’s play area and a fun area with a TV, table tennis, and darts.
An internal staircase leads to a medium level bathed in light from a glass wall that extends along the south and east sides and offers an impressive sea view. This tastefully decorated space features an air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, dining area, and a guest toilet. On this floor, there is also an outdoor dining room, outdoor jacuzzi, and an additional indoor dining room with an electric grill and local wines.
On the upper level, there are two double bedrooms and a wellness area.
The bedrooms have exits to balconies with sea views and en suite bathrooms with a shower. The wellness area includes an air-conditioned fitness area and a Finnish sauna.
On the top floor of the villa, there are four parking spaces.

An incredible villa with the most fabulous view you never get tired of. I’m an experienced traveler and this villa and location is up there as one of the best. Very accommodating in all aspects.
It is a steep climb up and with a minibus was a bit tricky so would suggest a smaller car but other than that it was perfect and can’t wait to return one day
