The kitchen, spacious and bright, has a gas stove and wood cabinets from the region and a large sink, it has two folding wooden doors, so that it is fully integrated into the social area just by leaving them open. Two wide wooden doors welcome us upon arrival, the first thing that catches our attention is a spiral-shaped staircase, and beyond that, the view of the garden with the pool protected by the exuberant vegetation, giving you maximum privacy.
The living room is fresh, with bright colors, very comfortable, and a dining room for eight people. Outside, a wooden deck where the lounge chairs are to relax and enjoy the sun during the day and the stars at night. There is also a rooftop terrace, for those nights with a full moon or a sky full of stars, so common in Tulum where, by the way, there are not many properties like this on the beach.

Incredible place with an incredible view. Staff was amazing and so accessible for anything you needed. Taco stand is just a few feet from the villa and makes the most delicious food – breakfast, snacks, tacos, and drinks! Would come again in a heartbeat! -
Paradise!!! We stayed in the 5 bedroom villa with my extended family with kids ranging from 1-20 yrs old. EVERYONE had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, the property is super clean, peaceful and inviting. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The juice and taco bar is amazing! It was a very relaxing vacation and a great place to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday with the family.
