The layout and rooms have been well planned for a large family to live in comfort and privacy when needed. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and mostly with jacuzzi bathtubs. There is one kitchen on the fourth floor with an L-shaped terrace with fantastic pristine sea views. All the floors have spacious living areas and dining rooms. One of the floors has a billiard table with guest toilet. They all have large glass sliding doors that lead onto the terrace facing the sea. The roof top terrace with solarium has 239 m2 of chill out area surrounded with sea views. Here you will find a shower and plenty of space for a jacuzzi and long chairs. The two, three and 4th floors are of Italian granite. All windows are double glazed. The exterior walls are made of Mallorquin high quality and sea resistance stone. The bottom floor has a very rustic finca style look, with large dining room area, kitchen with indoor BBQ. There is a playroom with locker area with its’ own shower which can be converted into a gym with sauna room. There is one separate floor with its ‘own entrance and one guest apartment on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room and wine cellar. The beautiful large salt water pool has fantastic sea views and from here you can walk down to the sea where you will find a little cove with crystal water. Palm trees and tropical plants border the way between the pool and the sea, making it an oasis environment. Cala Vinyes is seven kilometers from Calvià, between Cap des Falco and Magaluf. Residential holiday homes and other services for leisure are landmarks of this predominantly sandy coast. A sea inlet finishes on two beaches with fine, golden sand. A short walk connects both parts of Cala Vinyes. A must-see property for someone looking something special.

Samantha has a spectacular villa right over the ocean. Thoughtfully appointed, and only 20 mins from the airport. Quiet. She was a great host and she and the property manager for responsive to all of enquirers and flexible with our travel plans.
