Designed by Arch. Alberto Riva, with the collaboration of Fred Drugman, was built in 1960, although it was then renovated in recent years still retains the charm of that era.
The building consists of four bodies, joined by a covered corridor, which converge towards the center of the structure where there is a practical internal patio, useful on windy days.

Great place. Lovely pool. Plenty to see and do. Really cool holiday home. -
The villa is incredible. Nestled on the coast about 1km from Stintino with its own private sea access and jetty. We wished we had longer to enjoy the local area as we were hampered by some bad weather at the start of the trip.
The photos don’t do the space justice, it is huge – plenty of space for all of the party (4 families including 5 kids) and the kids played hide and seek all day long in the grounds.
Roberta the property manager was very helpful and easily contactable for the whole stay.
I would holiday here again at the drop of a hat, perfect! -
We booked at the last minute in the middle of Covid uncertainty and thanks to Jasmine and the team we had a fantastic holiday.
Firstly – there is so much space and we really appreciated being able to spend so much time in and around the villa.
The villa is quirky and individual – we loved this, but others may want somewhere a bit more straightforward especially if you have small children – there are many steps and rocks and drops.
The pool was magnificent – long and wide and deep – 4m at the deep end and around 1.6m at the shallow end – the more sporty members of the party loved being able to do laps and really stretch out.
The private dock and small beach were amazing too – the sea around the villa is swimmable and added another dimension to the holiday. Jasmine also helped us book a boat for the day – delivered to the dock!
The kitchen is well equipped and everywhere is spacious so that no one felt on top of each other.
It’s a 15 minute walk into Stintino which had lovely restaurants – the Main Street has a great deli, butchers, greengrocer and wine shop, plus a couple of small gift type shops.
On top of all this Jasmine was fantastic – nothing was too much trouble, she was always available and made everything easy.
In a difficult time, we had a lovely holiday – thank you to the whole team
